Return Policy

If you're unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us at info@rasarrecords.com

Rasar Records does not offer returns, all items on RasarRecords.com are All Sales Final Policy. All sales are final, there are no returns or exchanges. Each item is shipped and inspected by RasarRecord's team and will not be shipped with any defects. 

We will provide an exchange or refund if:

- the item is defective

- the item does not match it's description or

- the item fails to perform as described 

Orders purchased online at RasarRecords.com:

- Find your Order # (e.g. #1000). 

Your order number is displayed on both ‘Order Confirmation’ and ‘Shipment Confirmation’ emails.

Additional notes:

It may take up to 3-5 business days to process a return after it has been received by our Warehouse Department.  

Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method.
